Thomas Sherrer

Thomas Sherrer has been recognized as one of Vermont's top courtroom  attorneys. He was elected as a Fellow of the American Bar Association, a Member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and has   been listed in Best Lawyers in America and Super Lawyers of New England. 

Thomas Sherrer has been a leader of the bar and has served as   President or Board Member of prominent local, state and national bar   associations. He has served as a member of the United States District Court for   Vermont Judicial Selection Committee and the CJA Admission Selection   Committee. He has served as a member of the Vermont Legislature's Medical   Malpractice Study Committee and helped author a report on Medical Malpractice   Insurance Issues. 

Thomas Sherrer's practice focuses primarily on representing injured individuals   and their families in cases involving medical negligence, products liability,   wrongful death, and recreational injury cases. He has successfully litigated   hundreds of cases in state and federal court on behalf of seriously injured   individuals.
